Returns
Eligibility : We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. Your item must be in its original state, unworn, and with all tags still attached in order to be eligible. Items with visible wear, damage, or alterations are not eligible for returns.
Return Process : Steps for Starting a Return or Exchange:
Contact our customer support team at contact@vastrasavvy.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package you are returning.
Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided with the RMA number.
Return Shipping: Customers bear the responsibility for return shipping expenses unless the return results from a product defect or an error on our end.
Refunds
Processing Time : Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund within 10 business days.
Refund Method : We will start a refund to your original payment method if your return is accepted. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, we will send the requested replacement item after inspecting the returned item and confirming eligibility. You’ll be responsible for the difference if the substitute item is more expensive.
